Pure Puer Tea adopted SoftSlate's legacy ecommerce application, SoftSlate Commerce, all the way back in 2007. More recently, working closely with SoftSlate, they completed the migration to SoftSlate Cloud Platform in 2026.
Pure Puer Tea uses SoftSlate as their main public web presence and ecommerce storefront. Pure Puer Tea offers a wide variety of high-quality puer tea, which is known for its health benefits as well as its smooth, mellow taste. Their website utilizes numerous ecommerce features from SoftSlate including a robust search engine, multi-language support, flexible discounting, realtime shipping rate integration, payment integration, mobile support, and more.
Over the years, SoftSlate has helped adapt the software to suit Pure Puer Tea's workflow, including numerous shortcuts and click-saving functions in the adminstrator interface where they process and fulfill incoming orders. Among other functions, SoftSlate developed integrations with USPS live rates and the shipping service Endicia, to help make Pure Puer Tea's order fulfillment process as smooth as possible.
